HOLA MELBOURNE PRE-PRODUCTION has been super fun, exciting and hard work. We are blessed to have this diverse amazing multicultural team, supporters and volunteers along the way.

We have been 3 days shooting in a green studio facilitated by Supporter Alex Theatre - St Kilda, and generously filmed by Simon Barnett from Open Media Australia

We shot amazing actors, latin American traditional dancers, kids , mums, the most renowned and talented latin musician in Melbourne, gorgeous friends and more, for a fun video promo surprise we can't wait to launch on social media and cinemas for you to enjoy and get more excited to come to our Festival in September 19th - 29th

Vass Theatre Group and Melbourne Actors Lab are thrilled to announce that The Melbourne Actors Lab is moving its training academy to the Alex Theatre Arts Innovation and Technology Hub in St Kilda from 1 August!

We will also be launching the eXtension Program around the works of The Melbourne Actors Lab which will become an important component within the new ‘Arts Innovation and Technology Hub’ with a focus on the preparation and creation of content across traditional and new entertainment platforms.

Our aim is to train and mentor working actors, and we have a plan!
